“Focusing on wellness and bringing the outside in,

the spa provides a tranquil escape from the stresses of everyday life. Fully trained spa therapists provide treatments offering an extra level of relaxation that will leave you feeling nurtured.” Gaia offers a range of treatments including the Gaia

Rituals, designed to identify three levels of the importance of a person’s wellbeing, recognising the holistic benefits of treatments across mental, physical and spiritual domains. Using Gaia’s specially formulated products each treatment is tailored to your needs and how you want to feel post treatment. Diane Nettleton, Gaia Spa Director, explained that

Gaia has a focus on wellness in the workplace. “With Gaia’s in-house personal trainers, we can work with various workplaces to develop wellness plans to get staff to engage with healthy activities and to take time for wellness, encouraging a more present and engaged workforce. “Gaia shares the mantra that ‘a company is as

healthy as its employees’ and offers a Corporate Membership rate, supporting businesses to harness the benefit of encouraging employee wellness through use of the spa on a regular basis.”
