New Partner for Bright Solicitors
Bright Solicitors has appointed a new Head of Commercial Property. Andy Beddow, new Partner at Bright Solicitors, has joined the firm from
Bond Dickinson. Adrian specialises in all aspects of commercial property and maintains a broad commercial practice with both local and national clients across a variety of areas including retail and property development. He has advised on a number of redevelopment projects including the Millbay regeneration in Plymouth. In addition to his commercial property work Adrian has a particular specialism in renewable energy. He has over 12 years’ experience in dealing with both onshore wind farms and large scale ground mounted solar farms acting for a number of key developers across the sector. Adrian has acted on in excess of 70 solar farms including
