• Kempton Carr Croft, which enters its 30th year and fourth decade of delivering property solutions, is restructuring to pave the way for further business growth. It has introduced a new approach to its service delivery and its organisational structure. As part of the business restructure, Rob Kerrigan has been newly appointed as operations manager. In this role Kerrigan will oversee the alignment and successful delivery of all services to clients and of business operations, these being the two main work areas in the firm. The following members of staff have been appointed as heads of service who will work closely with Kerrigan, with responsibility for managing their respective teams and ensuring delivery of work in the firm’s range of areas. The new heads of service are: Kayleigh Hillier – head of building surveying; Nathan Hall – head of general practice (which focuses on commercial agency, private valuation and landlord and tenant matters); Simon Mills – head of loan-security valuation; Malcolm Kempton – head of development and expert witness; Michael Carr – head of property management; Katie Finch – head of marketing and communications; Jane Holmes – financial controller and head of HR.
• Law firm Spratt Endicott continues to grow with the appointment of seven new members of staff across its offices in Bicester, Buckingham and Banbury. The recent appointments include Zoe Deeney, licensed conveyancer, and Wendy Manifold, conveyancing assistant, who join the successful property team in Banbury. The company commercial department in Banbury also welcomes Ben Madden, who joins as a paralegal. The Spratt Endicott Truman office in Buckingham has opened a new reception and Sharon Hampton joins as a receptionist/ secretary. The property team in Buckingham has further grown with the appointment of Ella Jobbins, conveyancer. Both the property and family law teams at Spratt Endicott Truman’s Bicester office have been further strengthened with the appointment of conveyancer Sharandeep Chhabra and associate solicitor and trained mediator Gemma Davison. who now leads the family law team at the Bicester office, as well as helping clients from the Buckingham office. • Leading South East law firm Charles Russell Speechlys has appointed 17 new associates and paralegal team members across a range of specialisms, extending its headcount in the Guildford- based office to 140, including 92 lawyers. • A month after appointing Diane Yarrow as partner in the commercial team in Maidenhead, Gardner Leader solicitors has recruited commercial property specialist Joanna Bullard (pictured) to join the 100-strong team in Newbury as senior associate. She will be the eighth member of the commercial team. Bullard has 18 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, development, secured lending and corporate support in respect of asset and share acquisitions, disposals and refinancing. Three paralegals have also been appointed: Tasmin Wooldridge and Holly Cook in Newbury for the litigation and conveyancing department and William Daniels in Maidenhead for corporate and commercial matters.
• Reading-based Blandy & Blandy LLP has welcomed two new faces to its property department. Following the recent arrival of Andrew Bond from Taylor Vinters, Hayley Moore (top) has joined the team as a solicitor on the commercial side, while Nataliya Topliss (bottom) joins the residential team.
