Going Out - Page 54 Antiques & Collectors Fair
The well established Antiques and Collectors Fair at Salon Canor, Calle Assagador, 03724, Teulada, takes place once again on Good Friday, the 25th of March.
Come along and enjoy a really pleasant day out. There is a wonderful selection of antique, vintage and collectable items from around 80 vendors. The venue is indoors so weather is not an issue. You can browse the stands and take lunch if you so wish. Bar food is also available from opening at 9am to closing at 3pm.
Emaus, Akira and The Charity Shop are all represented selling delightful items in aid of their respective charities.

Suzi4fitz & Friends Dancing Through The Decades
The show will be held at Los Montesinos School of Music Auditorium on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th April, 7pm start. Doors open at 6.30pm.
Sue Gibson, who runs the Suzi4fitz exercise and dance classes has joined together again with some local entertainers to produce her 3rd show - ‘Dancing Through the Decades’ Sue and over 40 of her ladies will be performing dance routines they have learned in her various classes incorporating different dance styles over the decades. Local magician Graeme Mykel
is compere for the show and will be performing some of his fabulous magic tricks. Popular vocalist Paul Allen has agreed to give up his time to sing a couple of songs, as have a few friends of the group. The ladies have been rehearsing hard over the last few months to perfect their moves and are looking forward to their 3rd show. For some it will be a first!

The proceeds from Suzi4fitz last show in Nov 2014 was 1000€ which was handed over to Los Montesinos Social Services, who were able to hand out food vouchers to the disadvantaged families in the town to make their Christmas a little better. We intend to do the same again with the proceeds from this show. Come along and support and enjoy a great night out.
Dinner Dance in aid of MABS hospice
MABS recently opened a hospice suite at a 24/7 residential care home for cancer patients in the Murcia region. The suite is a fabulous home from home so that the patient will still have all their home comforts as well as 24/7 medical care. It even has a separate bed for a family member or friend to stay with them. This has been a long time in planning. It is available for both respite and end of life enabling cancer patients to have the dignity they deserve.
All of this costs an awful lot of money every month so MABS have decided to hold a hospice fundraiser where everything raised on the night will go directly towards the running costs of the hospice. This will be a Dinner Dance on Saturday 30th April which will be held at Casa Club La Serena in Los Alcazares, who have created a superb menu. Music is by The Geckos, they will have a photo booth for some crazy photos plus a great raffle. The cost will be 22.50€ with all proceeds going to the hospice.
