At the “Costa’s Cook Off!” our top local chefs will be creating delicious dishes in just 20 minutes, so come and watch and get some cooking inspiration. You’ll then get to vote for the “Red Chilli Pepper Kitchen” or the “Green Olive Kitchen”. Who will produce the winning dish of the day?

We can now reveal that our talented “Costa’s Cook Off!” chefs are Abi Satari from “Satari’s” restaurant (pictured right), Moraira, Stephen Gill from the “Big Bad BBQ Company”, Carol West from “Obsidian Wellness” (bottom right) and Billy from “HQ Gastropub”, Calpe. Their culinary skills will all be shown off in the show kitchens in the Ballroom, round one and two being staged at 12 noon and 3.30pm on Friday 11th March, with the final being held at 3.30pm on Saturday 12th March. Which chef and which dish will tantalise your taste buds the most? Our UK TV celebrities Syd Little and Mark Stacey will also be on hand, as will our queen compere Sarah Hawes, Director of Cambridge 800. Sarah will compère the event and cheer the chefs on. Fab food, top foodie tips and lots of fun guaranteed. Our sponsors Cambridge 800 will be helping out in the kitchens and are also on stand No 10 with product samples and advice on weight loss. Children’s Entertainment at the Show.


Olaf, Elsa and Dave the Minion are super excited to be hosting the children’s courtyard entertainment area at the Homes, Gardens and


Lifestyle show 2016. They’ve got something for everyone up their sleeves: games, dancing, singing, stories, face painting, glitter tattoos, crafts, biscuit decorating and more. The fun starts at 10am and lasts until 5pm, and is hosted by Club Casa Events, Elsa of Javea, Arriba.es and the brand new dance school Studio 23 from Javea.


You can also try to win a professional family photo shoot with Rebecca Green @ Hada Creativa Photography. 10am - Meet Dave the Minion, crafts, and biscuit decoration. 11am - Face painting and glitter tattoos. 12 midday - Sing and dance with Elsa. 1pm - Meet and greet with Olaf. 2pm - Games with Dave the Minion. 3pm - Dance show time. 4pm - Story time with Elsa.
