A. Patrick’s Pack is the cystic fibrosis team that Courtney helps raise money for and walks with each year.

D. Courtney’s booth at her community craft fair. She handmade rosettes out of red satin to sell. The poster she created had information about cystic fibrosis and displayed pic- tures of ideas of how to wear the rosette.
E. This was a school assignment in third grade where the class had to write about what super power they would have if they could have any and why. Courtney wrote that her super power would be to heal people who have diseases because her Uncle Patrick has cystic fibrosis.
