PRETTY LITTLE LIPS Lips are fabulous! Lip liner, lipstick, Chap

Stick, lip gloss, glitter gloss, lip stain, naked lips… there are so many beautiful ways to show off lips. Have you ever simply watched how amazing lips can look while forming words? Amazingly, people learn to read lips and know what is being said simply by the shape lips make. We open our lips to put food in our mouth and close our lips to hold it in while we chew. We kiss with our lips (which is really kind of weird if you think about it… why put two pairs of lips together and share germs? It does not sound romantic when explained that way. Yet, there is an innate drive to place your lips on the lips of the one you love.) People show emotion with their lips. Lips help give facial expression and are used to communi- cate happiness, sadness, or anger. Lips are pos- sibly the most revealing body part ever! When we speak, lips are a tool that give utterance to our innermost thoughts. We reveal ourselves and what we are thinking to others using lips. Our lips are the gatekeepers of what is on our mind. What we say and what we don’t say

make our lips incredibly beautiful or seriously unattractive. In a heated argument where name calling runs rampant, choosing not to speak ill of another and name call in return is a beautiful gift. In that specific instance, what is not said is beauty. But, on the other hand, there are people that hardly talk. They rarely put forth the effort to get to know another person, and they rarely say anything to engage in a conversation. Instead, they wait to be spoken to by someone else and give pouty lips if they are ignored. This makes them unattractive.

Lips can be used to stand up for an underdog,

befriend others, speak truth, love with a passion, sing, whistle, and smile. Lipstick, lip stain, Chap Stick, and lip gloss are only pretty accessories to the substance that passes through them. Are you blowing hot air, spitting out biting cold remarks, or leaving pink and red kiss marks that make the world a lovelier place? I believe Coco Chanel would say that a woman must be careful and deliberate in making sure the words which pass through her lips make her simply more classy and fabulous.
