PREPPY
A more collegiate style--the prep look takes a crisp, pol-
ished approach with
fashion. Classic color combinations include different shades of
red, navy, green, grey, camel, and pink. Piec- es like blazers, cotton button-ups, vests and pleated skirts make
the statement. Acces- sorize with pearls, loafers, headbands,
and a small, structured handbag.
HIPSTER
On the scene, the hip- ster is in the NOW with the trendy vibe. Skinny jeans or a cotton twill trouser with a rolled cuff is key. A jacket or cardigan paired with an easy shirt or tee underneath top off the look. Accessories to punctuate the point are hats, brimmed or beanie, or a cross body pouch or messenger bag. Footwear goes from lace-ups to slip-on sneakers. No socks allowed!
ATHLETIC
Comfort with a certain style--athletic wear is often made of knits and spandex for ease of movement. Basic
pieces include hoodies, sweater shirts, leggings, joggers, tees and sneak- ers. You can find any of these pieces in multiple colors and prints to fit
your mood. Accessories seen with the look
are ball caps, elastic headbands and lace-up sneakers.
URBAN CHIC
If you are an up- town gal, you will be looking for the urban chic side of fashion. A more pulled together groomed appearance moving with the fast- paced see and be seen scene! Chic style is always best in black, whether it’s a pair of leather pants, a denim jacket, or silk jumpsuits. Accessorize with silver or gold statement jew- elry, a clutch bag and heels, strappy sandals, or a full boot!
