STRAWBERRY mania

If you aren’t already a fan of straw- berries, you should be! Strawber-


ries are an excellent source of antiox- idants and vitamin C. They also boost immunity, fight cancer, help with eyesight, and are a good source of


fiber. Here are a few ideas of how you can add sweet delicious strawberries to your diet.


CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BERRY BANANA BOWL


1/2 frozen banana


3 Tbs. chocolate protein of choice 2 Tbs. Pb2 (peanut flour) 2 strawberries


3 Tbs. milk of choice


2-3 tsp. peanut butter of choice Toppings:


Chopped strawberries, bananas, granola, slivered almonds


Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into bowl, and add toppings


LEMON STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE


1.5 cup frozen strawberries


½ cup low fat lemon or vanilla yogurt 1/3 C milk of choice


2 tsp. lemon sugar free pudding mix or a few squeeze of lemon (adjust to taste) Pinch or two of Stevia or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)


Toppings: chopped strawberries and a sprinkle of coconut


Blend everything together, pour in a glass and add topping.
