best shows I attended this year. I still have to give huge props to Charlie’s 40th Anniversary Vol- unteer Jam, of course, Black- berry Smoke played there too. Am I sensing a pattern? Gotta run now. I feel a good one comin’ on!

Charlie Starr had walked over and was talking to Greg right after I had asked to do a photo-op, so it was kind of perfect timing. Scott snapped one of me and Charlie and Greg, and I reciprocated taking Scott’s pic. I spoke to Charlie about our KUDZOO Radio Show interview a couple of years ago, and gave him my card, telling him I want to do an interview and cover story on him in the spring issue.
