ON THE JOINT MDs: Nick began his career at art school in Newcastle, while elder sibling Simon trained as an engineer in Sunderland before deciding to set up a business together.
GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT: “Sustaining growth for ourselves and our clients with relationships that span over seven years. This is working together on a daily basis not a once a year assignment, so no mean feat.”

GREATEST CHALLENGE: “Recruiting the specialist required to deliver the work is a challenge and we have to grow our own to an extent. This means time and effort investing in individuals and retraining. We also take on a number of apprentices and graduates each year and start with a blank canvas. A positive attitude is paramount.”
