BIBLES: One request that we receive over and over from native missionaries is for Bibles in their native language which they can give to people they serve. Imagine the impact you can have by providing the Word of God to adults and children who long to know more about the Lord. Your gift of $10-$15 will provide Bibles, New Testa- ments or Gospel story books to those who need to hear the message of salvation.

TRANSPORTATION FOR NATIVE MINISTERS: Many native missionaries spend long hours going from place to place to do outreach around the communities they serve. You can’t imagine what a blessing basic transportation is to their ministry. For $125, you can provide a bicycle to a native missionary. For $575, a native mission- ary can get a strong horse that can reach re- mote villages in mountainous terrain. And for a gift of $1300, a native missionary can cover large distances on a motorcycle.

VOCATIONAL TOOLS: For many poor families, earn- ing enough to put food on the table is a daily chal- lenge. Often these families go without meals. But with vocational training and proper tools, they can earn a livelihood that brings hope for a better future. With a gift of $75, you can supply farming tools to native vil- lagers for growing nutritious crops. You can give a man in need the opportunity for regular work through a gift of $75 for a set of mechanic’s tools or a gift of $30 for fishing nets. For single mothers, sewing is one of the few options they have to make a decent living. Your gift of $225 will help supply a sewing machine that can change the lives of a woman and her children.

Designated gifts provide for needs that may fall outside our sponsorship programs. Please consider helping us with one of these this month!
