Spotlight on... Maxim Office Park, Eurocentral, Glasgow

With more than 750,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, ranging from 1,000 sq ft small suites to self-contained buildings of 60,000 sq ft upwards, Maxim Office Park is attracting a wide variety of tenants looking to capitalise on the location

and range of units available. Businesses such as civil engineering contractors Wills Bros are benefitting from the flexibility of being able to lease a small suite while taking advantage of the on-site amenities and location.

Another tenant, TC Biopharm, chose Maxim for its proximity to Glasgow and Edinburgh hospitals as well as its flexible space, which has allowed the company to establish clean rooms and a laboratory on site, set to become a centre of excellence

in the cell therapy industry. Other tenants include SEPA, which has leased the entire Maxim 6 building, and motor insurance brokers SureThing, a 90-strong business which is already looking to expand its occupation.
