f positive trends in the commercial and office space sector are an indicator of economic promise, then the


signs are encouraging for Glasgow in 2015. Tis comes aſter figures revealed that the demand for premises rose sharply from summer 2014. Te third quarter of the year


was particularly buoyant. Research commissioned by property services company JLL showed that 220,000 sq ſt of office space was transacted in the city centre during that period, which was more than double that of the previous three months.
