PROPERTYdrum surveyed delegates after the event, asking a series of questions to help us make next year’s conference even better. The Lancaster London proved to be
a very popular location, with excellent amenities and service; 95 per cent of delegates said it was either Excellent or Good, with an identical rating for the food and drinks served during the day. Delegates were extremely impressed
with the speakers, with almost all saying the speakers were either Excellent or Good. Top favourites were The Rt. Hon. Michael Portillo, Dr James Bellini and Grenville Turner, CEO Countrywide. The exhibition was also very well
received, with 98 per cent of delegates saying that meeting suppliers was interesting and that they had made many useful contacts. And the really good news is that 100 per
cent of delegates that answered the survey say they would attend again if they could, with over 22 per cent saying it is now a ‘must-attend’ event and a diary priority! A small selection of comments by letter, email, twitter or in response to the survey: James Wyatt, Director, Barton Wyatt,

conferences all over the world. Some are bigger – 25,000 delegates in the US takes some beating. And the French FNAIM conference did a huge three course seated lunch for 500 with gallons of wine, which was good fun. But for sheer content and variety of speakers, the PROPERTYdrum conference was the best I’ve ever been too. I don’t know where the day went.
