The same image helps me to think about my own learning over time. The weaving of a tapestry is familiar to me, a complex process from setting up the frame, choosing the colours, designing and working the cloth. I begin by stringing
threads on a loom to form the foundation of a new tapestry. I go back to the beginnings, back further to earlier leadership experiences.
