Dogtripping, by David Rosenfelt David Rosenfelt writes his books, surrounded by 27 dogs. It’s total lunacy, but it works, and they are a happy, safe group. He visited St. Petersburg in April as the guest of Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid- Florida, who hosted a book signing event at Stetson University Gulfport campus. The author autographed and spoke the book, a hilarious account of the cross country trek taken by the Rosenfelt family in three RVs filled with 25 dogs and 11 volunteers.

Redemption, A Film By Nathan Winograd. Shelter killing is the leading cause of death for healthy dogs and cats in the United States. The documentary, which premiered in Minneapolis on June 6, is based on the book by the same name. On June 21, Winograd traveled to Fort Lauderdale for the Florida premier as part of the No Kill Is Love National
