thick cloudy golden apricot with a rocky white foam head. A fantastic bouquet of fruity, floral and forest-y fragrances inviting complex flavours of lemon, cranberry, bread, honey and loads of unusual botanicals (reminds me of Hendrick’s Gin) and more – there really is a lot going on here. The medium bodied brew is tangy and sweet; slightly astringent, but well balanced with a soft lingering finish. For something so complex this is simply outstanding.

proclaimed “We built this city on Rock’n’Roll”, but Dominion City was able to do something that no one else has done in our region when they became Ottawa’s first successfully crowd-funded brewery, and they’re doing a lot to make those supporting families, fans and friends very proud. Having only been open a few months, they sell out of all their beers on a regular basis. Their commitment to partnering with local producers, using organic wheat, hops and other amazing ingredients, is a strong foundation for their distinct and creative brews. They are guaranteed to see their loyal following grow. This beautiful saison shines
