Sean and Daniel rang the bell promptly at two thirty, all set to clean my carpets. I was pretty much ready for them as I had moved all my piles of books, boxes, paint
tins and
newspapers into the dining room which doesn’t have a carpet, and they were now stacked in precarious towers on the floor and table.
I had used their imminent arrival as a spur sort out my sitting room which was still full of boxes from when I moved here nearly two years ago. It had been a long time since I’d really seen that carpet, and therefore high time it was cleaned. I had forgotten how large the room was, and felt a lightness in my step as I admired the space!

Sean does deep cleans with rotary scrubbers that pick up dog hair etc using a hot water based cleaning system and eco-friendly cleaning agents. Then he uses spot stain removal for hard to shift marks.
He left the carpets only slightly damp, and they dried
pretty quickly. It was good to see the pleasure in his face as he showed me that the pink paint stain had come out totally. I was very impressed.
Then I noticed quite a large patch of raspberry pink emulsion on the carpet. That was going to be tricky I thought.
