Telephone Account Managers
Esther Martin,,winner of the Top Protection Adviser with both MAB and the British Mortgage Awards for the last two years, has now decided to impart her knowledge to the sales team at MAB, joining us as a protection development manager.
Esther brings with her a wealth of experience and, in particular, understands protection selling at the highest level.
“I am delighted to be working with MAB as a protection development manager as this is my passion and always has been.
“I am keen to put my experience and knowledge to good use and to make an impact on sales results so watch this space!”
Outside of work, Esther enjoys walking and socialising with friends.
Dale Knight moves from business recruitment to join the sales team as a protection development manager. He has spent many years as a highly successful broker and has a detailed understanding of the industry from many angles.
Always looking to be on the front line, Dale brings a passion to the protection development role born from his own beliefs that advisers have a duty of care to ensure that their customers are suitably protected.
Dale comments: “I often come across concerns that my role is to push advisers into selling products and this could not be further from the truth. If the appropriate discussions take place and the customer can make an informed decision for what is best for them, the right levels of protection sales follow.”
Rachel Broomhead is another new telephone account manager at MAB having joined in November this year.
Starting her time with us as a protection administrator, Rachel is also a GI seller and has done work for Recoveries and Central Admin.
“The best thing about working here at Mortgage Advice Bureau is the fabulous people within the company and the fact that I am part of a great team.”
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys skiing, tennis and eating out – and watching the films of her uncle, the late Sir Alan Bates!
Nicola Adams has been here with us at MAB for just over three years and, despite only becoming a telephone account manager in February 2013, recently won the Highly Commended Employee award for her achievements in her new role.
Joining the company as a wealth administrator, Nicola became a mortgage administrator when Capital Private Finance began and then changed roles again earlier this year.
“I loved my job as a mortgage administrator but I was ready for a change and a new challenge,” Nicola said.
“In five years’ time I would like to still be progressing in my career within the financial industry and working with MAB.”
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys socialising with friends and quad-biking – which she has been involved with from a very young age.
