It was great to be appreciated. As organisations get bigger the appreciation usually falls down, clearly this is not the case. Thank you Peter, Gareth and of course, the lovely Donna Brenchley, thank you again.

It’s hard to say one thing stood out in particular, which is credit to the organisers. The time between the sightseeing, meals and drinking were spot on, and the choices of venues and events catered for everybody. The fantastic hotel, weather, events, and company made for a weekend to remember.

There are so many things that went on that will stay with me for a long time including Stephen King’s & Marc Mylum’s dance off! I had an amazing time and made some great friends. It was a pleasure to be around so many positive people that are passionate about their jobs and the service that they provide.
