MAB Platinum

Platinum Club qualifiers recognised at the MAB Conference

O

ur first five Platinum Club qualifiers picked up their Mont Blanc pen and personally embossed folders at the 2014 awards ceremony at the Curve last month.

They are also in pole position to qualify for Nice in September and, of course, we mustn’t forget that their earnings have been significantly boosted due to the level of protection sales they make. A win/win on every level!

Chris Jackson Chris Pugh

There is still time to secure your place in Nice by qualifying for the Platinum Club at the end of March and June, as we review membership every three months. Members of the club also have priority for Wembley and industry events, as well as top achiever dinners hosted by Peter and Gareth.

Congratulations to our famous five, and let’s see how many more can join the club this quarter!

Mark Pender Karen Lee Nicholas Rafferty

Club

The one protection-only seller to make the grade for the Platinum Club, Chris has maintained over £10,000 of written protection business per month during the six months ending in December 2013.

Also selling across the range with his penetration being based on total protection sales, Chris is based in one of the servicing centres and his protection business is done by working with client banks from other business partners.

His attitude is

outstanding and we know that he wants to stay as the top protection seller for MAB during 2014. He is a great addition to the Platinum Club and is a worthy winner of the Top Protection Only Adviser award in 2013.

These are great results, and if he maintains these statistics, he will certainly be with MAB in Nice.

The members will receive:

• First five will automatically qualify for Nice 2014, providing that they maintain current statistics. (Next view of statistics is March 2014)

• Private club dining events twice yearly with MAB • Exclusive Wembley and key industry events • MAB Platinum club membership pack which includes a Mont Blanc pen and a personalised leather folder

• Dedicated awards at our annual conference each year

2013 was an outstanding year for Chris Pugh from DB Roberts. Not only was he top adviser for the North at our Conference, but was also one of the first members of our Platinum Club.

His statistics are impressive during this qualifying period for Nice with over 70% life-to-mortgages, 79% CIC to life, 21% family protection and 27% income protection conversion. In the last six months of 2013, he has also written £85,000 of protection business.

For the first three months of the competition, Mark wasn’t in the running, but with an impressive quarter 4 performance, he has managed to make it into the top five advisers.

With almost £80,000 of protection written in six months and cross-sales such as 71% life to mortgages, 13% family protection, 98% CIC to life and an incredible 45% income protection.

Mark is a well-deserved member of the Platinum Club.

A new starter for TIME in 2013 but already showing others how to do it, Karen qualified for Barcelona in her first six months, delivering great cross sales.

Karen has her eye on top spot for the North this year and you can see why - 37% income protection sales is an excellent conversion.

Well done Karen and good luck for Nice.

Last but not least, Nicholas is another adviser from DB Roberts, making that two in the Platinum Club from one business, so well done!

With close to £70,000 of protection business in six months and some of the most impressive cross sales in the club; it was great to see Nick in the five advisers recognised at our annual conference.
