Monica Bradley Top Adviser South Region

Graham Ashby Top Adviser

Key Accounts Region

Tom Matthews Top Young Achiever

Chris Jackson Top Protection Only Adviser

Another record year for Monica, and the fifth year in a row that she has finished as MAB Top Adviser Overall. Monica has demonstrated the value of looking after your clients, as a vast majority of her business comes from repeat sales and recommendations, and there is no better source of business!

Although Monica is now taking on two advisers to work alongside her, she still feels that she can improve even further personally, with protection and client fees being two target growth areas for this year.

Her advice when

interviewed on stage, was to really understand your clients, and if you look after them as existing customers, then they will look after you.

Graham mainly conducts his business in the new homes arena - a major growth area for his agent, Romans, and MAB.

This is the second award this year for Graham, and Romans will certainly be proud to see him recognised as top adviser in our Key Accounts Region.

Graham also made it to Barcelona and is already in the running for Nice in 2014. With Graham now receiving increased admin support, just imagine where he will finish in 2014.

The Young Achiever award typifies what great attitude is about and how that attitude wins over experience.

Having made regular appearances in the top 20 league tables and continuing to improve all the time, the winner for the Top Young Achiever award was Tom Matthews from Coreco Group.

Tom was also recognised as Top New Adviser at the coveted British Mortgage Awards held in London during 2013. He puts his success down to having the right people around him and trusting his own attributes. At just 24 years of age, 2013 was a truly great year for Tom.

The winner of our Top Protection Only adviser award was another Adviser that made it to Barcelona with some very impressive statistics. Chris Jackson operates from one of the servicing centres, working closely with his business owner, Michelle Brook.

He attends a meeting each month with MAB, shares his best practices with new advisers, and he is more than happy to help others.

Chris wrote over £150,000 during 2013, most of that being outside of the mortgage event and over the telephone. It shows that you can make money from having a great process proactively working with client banks. Chris is also a member of the MAB Platinum Club.
