really impressed with the quality of the magazine. All of the articles were interesting and I found a lot of useful tips. Especially about Christmas lunch as I am a veggie cooking it for several people who are not! I think I’ll stick to cooking beef though - at least I know if that has a raw bit in the middle, it won’t kill them! Am also really looking forward to trying the mincemeat ice cream and chocolate and almond parfait. I might even roll up my sleeves and attempt to make the sugar paste snowmen to go on top of cupcakes, that’ll impress my children. ..or give them a belly laugh depending on the results! Thanks again.
