CHOCOLATY Chocolate lovers near Bath are being offered a unique opportunity to learn the secrets of making – and tasting - luxury chocolates, during a three-course Chocolate Feast hosted by Marc Demarquette, one of Britain’s top chocolatiers. Sam Moody, Michelin-starred head chef at the


Bath Priory, will cook the Feast, which takes place in the All Saints Centre in Weston on 1st February. The menu is being kept secret until the night, but all three courses will contain at least a hint of chocolate, savoury or sweet. At the end of the meal diners will eat truffl es that Marc has made on stage during the evening. Tickets, priced at £38, are bookable in advance through the website www.feastwithachef.co.uk

LAUNCH PATCH & ACRE Cornwall Farmers, a co-operative that has been part of the Cornish farming community for almost 100 years has launched a new country store in Penzance. TV presenter and farmer Adam Henson opened the fi rst Patch & Acre store in December, with more planned for 2014.
