Fitness Classes: Here at the Centre we off er a wide range of classes at a variety of diff erent times. We hope we have something to suit everyone including step, toning, be active and BodyPump to name a few.


Metafi t: a 30 minute TOTAL BODY workout that sets the metabolism on fi re. A combination of bodyweight training and high intensity intervals – result … burn fat in your sleep!! We run classes on Tuesdays 8pm, Thursday 7pm and Saturday mornings at 10am. We’ve also got a BRAND NEW METAFIT class on a THURSDAY MORNING AT 6.30AM!! Get your fi tness class out of the way before breakfast!!


Pilates: if you’ve never been to a Pilates class, now is the time to try one out. Here’s what our instructor Maria has to say: “Pilates will help you become more aware of your body and will gradually improve strength, fl exibility, coordination and balance, realigning your body and reducing the risk of injury. When you leave the class you will feel relaxed but invigorated at the same time”. No block booking required. Classes from only £5.20 We provide ALL the equipment you will need.


BodyCombat: the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fi ercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi & Muay Thai.


*THIS IS A BRAND NEW CLASS WE’RE CONSIDERING ADDING TO THE TIMETABLE. We’ll be running some taster sessions on Saturday 7th December and Saturday 14th at 10.30am – 11.15am. Please do let us know what you think of these sessions. We’ll be off ering these classes for £3 and £3.60 for non-members ONLY for these introductory taster sessions.*


Cardio Tennis: get t the fun way with this exciting group cardio workout. Bounce to the beat with motivating music. No tennis skills required (although you’ll pick some up along the way). Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fi tness class set on a court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualifi ed instructor, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
