With over 30 years experience in the production of climbing nets, our rope play equipment has long been a feature in day care centres, nurseries, parks and public playgrounds. Individual adventure playgrounds can be constructed from our range of climbing elements. In addition to our extensive range of standard equipment, we also create customer-specific play worlds. Utilising Huck Play’s full range of playground equipment, any area can be converted into an innovative and challenging play environment designed to meet your needs. Using the latest in design technology, the Huck Play team can produce 2D plans and presentations, 3D visuals and animations, allowing you to walk through your new play area before it is even built!
Tony Lucas, our Playground Design Manager, has designed play areas for Schools, Councils, Charities and Private Clients. His portfolio includes West Bay Play Area on the Jurassic Coast of Dorset, a new play area at Locks Ride in Berkshire and Alameda Botanical Garden Play Area in Gibraltar.
Once you are happy with the design, the equipment is handmade to order and finally brought to life by our dedicated team of installers.
SPORTS NETS & EQUIPMENT
Huck has a worldwide reputation for the manufacture and supply of sports nets and ropes for all ball games including protection safety and stop nets. We are very proud to supply both professional and amateur sport clubs as well as many schools throughout the UK. For the popular football, cricket and golf we also offer a comprehensive range of ground equipment alongside our netting products and installation service.
Recognising the problems of nets getting vandalised on public playgrounds and sports areas we offer a range of vandalism-safe goals, nets and baskets that stand the test of time against intense use. To minimise complaints of noise from nearby residents because kids can’t resist kicking balls against the high metal fences, we have developed three different 1000x tested rope technology products that combine the conventional wire and textile. Depending on the thickness of the steel core, they ensure different levels of protection against vandalism - quietly!!
