Local Dentist Ross CuttsTakes on 18 month :18 Event Charity Challenge for Breast Cancer Care!

A 36 year old Dentist fromCirencester is taking on a marathon fundraising challenge to raise much needed funds for Breast Cancer Care and support people affected by breast cancer.

His goal: To raise £18,000 by completing in 18 Events over 18 months (with a target of raising £1000 per event).

When asked what is driving Dr Ross Cutts of Cirencester Dental Practice, to take on such a herculean challenge he said:

Dr Ross Cutts, Dentist

“Breast cancer is a scourge of the modern day with many families tragically affected by it. My family and friends seems to have been surrounded by it of late - some with tragic consequences. I have spent all of my working life talking to patients and have often listened to stories of inspiration that humbled me but I have never felt compelled to act upon it. Until now!”

With his first two challenges – the

60m Blenheim Cycle Ribbonride and 100k Nightrider Cycle – already under his belt he is now setting his sights on the next three: the British 10k London Run in July and the Cotswold Triathlon and a 600m Cycle from Basel (Austria) to Crawley in September.

The £18000 Ross hopes to raise will go towards Breast Cancer Care’s vital support services, such as the charity’s helpline, information points in hospitals and face to face services for people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
