returning service personnel suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, head injury or any symptoms of physical or emotional distress, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the first Saturday of each month, beginning June 8. The sessions are by ap- pointment only and clients must obtain and read Waking the Tiger, by Peter Levine, prior to beginning services. Licensed Clinical Nutritionist and wellness educator Sharon Rill will teach a complimentary Medicine Cabinet Makeover class from 2 to 4 p.m., one Saturday per month, starting May 18. Participants will learn how to use plant- based medicine in the form of certified pure therapeutic- grade essential oils to manage, prevent and eliminate symptoms or conditions. Jessie Youtz, LMT, will provide workshops for new parents to learn how to massage their babies in a supportive and calming environment. Denise Bostdorf, LMT, will teach R & R Fusion, which will begin by introducing some gentle movements that include beginner yoga, t’ai chi warm-ups and basic stretching to help muscle and joint health. Self- massage techniques will also be taught to alleviate stress. In addition, Joni Shaffer, a registered yoga teacher, will provide semi-private yoga lessons.
