enq.154 Neaco launches new Classic Juliet balcony
Neaco has launched a new Juliet balcony featuring a vertically railed design, which combines traditional styling with maintenance-free durability. Precision-engineered in aluminium and available in a wide choice of powder coated finishes, the Classic Juliet balcony has been introduced to provide an alternative to the more contemporary aesthetic offered by Neaco’s acclaimed Clearview range of glass-fronted balconies. Its modular components are easy-to-install, requiring no unsightly external fixtures or welding for assembly. Neaco’s national sales manager, Richard Richardson-Derry, commented: “The popularity of our Clearview glass-fronted balconies has demonstrated healthy demand for pre-engineered balcony systems, which provide low-energy construction and an appealing finishing touch to residential developments. Although it is also suitable for new-build schemes, the aesthetic of our Classic Juliet balcony has been designed to suit the refurbishment and renovation of older and more traditional buildings, especially in cases where planning regulations stipulate a railed balcony rather than the modern appearance of a glass balcony. Like all Neaco products, the Classic Juliet balcony comes with our class- leading Lifetime Guarantee.”
