To help gain this feedback, we have surveyed all work based employers and learners, and conducted many interviews, to support the process of continual quality improvement. We have been delighted with the results and feedback received, fully endorsing the work based delivery model and quality of training.
- 98% of Employers surveyed were “Satisfied with the Colleges provision and would recommend to others”
- 99% of work-based learners surveyed were “happy with the training programme and College and would recommend to others”, with 99% stating that the work-based training programme had “a positive impact on their learning”
- 93% of employers stated that “work based delivery had a positive impact on their overall business performance”
The results have been outstanding and provided the College with the reassurance that the blended learning delivery model continues to meet learner, employer and situational needs.
