The above Order, made on 12th October 2012, under Section 119 of the
Highways Act 1980, will divert public footpath 7/14a through Glan Meddyg, Pumsaint, as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Countryside Unit, Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Tumble, Llanelli, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on any weekday. Compensation for depreciation or damage for disturbance arising as a result of the coming into force of the Order is payable under Section 28 (as applied by section 121 (2)) of the Highways Act 1980.
