Northern Peru Not many venture to Northern Peru, but those that do are rewarded with views of the Andes at their highest and most dramatic. You can explore a land of ancient Inca sites and also visit the coast to see working fishing villages. If you feel energetic, you can join the fishermen in their age-old tradition of pushing boats out to sea. Activities: trekking, village visits
