Over time coffee has become the world's most popular beverage and finding the perfect cup is down to individual taste. The coffee
growing regions produce distinctive flavour beans: South American coffees have a sweeter taste; Columbian coffees are often described as nutty; Indonesian coffees have spicier flavours and African coffees have a more citrus and sometimes floral taste, although Kenyan coffees are mainly described as earthy. Having found a coffee bean or a blend of beans that suits
your palate, these can be further customised with cinnamon, honey, flavoured syrups, liquers or sugar to sweeten and milk or cream to whiten. To ensure you have a perfect cup of coffee every time,
make sure that the beans are roasted and ground as close in time to brewing as possible, the boiled water is allowed to stand for a few minutes before being added to the beans, and the beans are given time to brew before pouring.
