I am not usually bored with my routine as it changes all the time. I do love to run outside, if I need a change I will just change my route, pick up a skipping rope, go to an amazing group fitness class or hit the gym. Personal trainers are a great way to get new and invigorat- ing ideas to change the routine and kick start any plateaus you may be working through.

By forcing myself to do things that I really dislike. Break away from the bench press and bicep curls to do some sprint intervals or plyometrics. Never doing the same workout twice will give you more mental stimulation which will in turn keep you more excited to workout
