WORK/LIFE BALANCE


It was apparent from the responses to this particular question, both online and during workshops, that personnel of all ranks have struggled to take their leave over the last twelve months (Figure 20). 65% of voters said it had proved difficult to take leave at a time to suit their family and many had been further impacted by the Armed Forces commitment to support the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Figure 21).
