CONIROOF®

waterproofing

systems, manufactured by BASF’s Construction Chemicals division, have gained globally recognised Factory Mutual (FM) Approval. CONIROOF® 2103 FM roofing membrane system is the only system of its type with FM approval in the UK and Ireland, contributing to valuable reduced insurance premiums for buildings.

The formulation of CONIROOF®

waterproofing

systems uses advanced polyurethane technology to create a seamless membrane, highly elastic and suitable for application to all major roof types and designs. Cold applied by hand or spray system, it avoids the odour and fire risk of hot works.

CONIROOF® can even be

applied to vertical surfaces without runs, allowing easy application to complicated details. As CONIROOF® systems are monolithic they have no weak spots caused by laps, welds or seams. Speed of application is a further benefit, as up to 1000m² can be applied in a single eight-hour shift with sprayed systems.
