Fast-track Industrial Flooring Repairs

EMACO® Fast mortars are quick curing with long open times, allowing rapid, easy installation to minimise the impact of works. Repairs using any product in the range can be re-opened to traffic after only two hours at 20°C. EMACO® Fast products harden even at sub-zero temperatures, making them equally suited to urgent repair work during the winter.
Features of the EMACO® Fast range include high durability and excellent technical performance. Thanks to its applied nanotechnology formulation, the range offers unmatched, extremely low shrinkage values, a considerable achievement when combined with the materials’ quick-curing properties.
EMACO® Fast mortars have a dense, closed structure, making them highly resistant to hydrocarbons such as petrol and meaning that they protect any reinforcement embedded in the mortars. They also demonstrate excellent freeze-thaw resistance, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor use in cold conditions or cold stores.
