COMPLAINTS update From 21 May-15 July 2012, we received 246 complaints


and resolved 93.7 % within the agreed timescale. ■ ■The top three reasons for complaints were to do with our allocations policy, environmental work and anti-social behaviour. We also had 22,161 repairs requests over this period and received 225 complaints about repairs. The most common reasons were broken appointments, incomplete work, the quality of work and the timescales for the work. ■ ■The Scottish Public Service Ombudsman has set out a new procedure to ensure all public services meet the same standards in complaint-handling. We are reviewing our complaints policies and procedures and will provide you with full details in the next edition of the Key. If you want information, contact David Forsyth on 274 5790.
