Tickets cost £10 (Children’s ticket £5) and should be bought in advance at www.lochnessmarathon.com.

n ENTRY TO THE 5K FUN RUN l The 5K starts along the River Ness next to Bught Park and follows a flat course alongside the River Ness, ideal for shorter distance runners, families, children and wheelchair entrants (see Wheelchair Entries on p.13). l The 5K Fun Run is open to runners of all ages and abilities. Entry fees are £10 - please enter online: www.lochnessmarathon.com. l A limited number of entries are available over race weekend. Entry fee includes finishers’ medal, t-shirt, goody bag, Highland Spring water and post-race soup.

n PRE-RACE REGISTRATION l All 5K runners must attend pre-race Registration to collect their race number between 12.30-18.00 on Saturday 29 September or 08.00-09.30 on Sunday 30 September at the Event Village, Bught Park. l A limited number of race day entries will be avail- able over race weekend. l Please allow at least an hour before close of registration if you plan to collect your race number on Sunday.


n REGISTRATION PACK IMPORTANT INFORMATION l Race Number – please complete the contact / medical information on the back of the number and on race day, attach to the front of your t-shirt using the safety pins provided. l Please do not deface your race number - this is contrary to Scottish Athletics’ regulations and will lead to your disqualification. l If you have a medical condition, provide as much information as possible on the reverse of your race number and put a red cross on the front. This is so the doctor and medical teams are aware of any existing medical condition should you require assistance on the course. l For safety reasons, do NOT swap numbers with other runners.
