Umbilical Clamps Agri-Gel
These clamps are a must for those cria whose umbilical cord does not seal properly, clamp one on and the bleeding will stop, once dry remove wash and re-use.
This ideal lubricant for assisting birthing females, easily washes off, the perfect birthing aid.
Hernia strap
These trusses have been especially designed to suit cria. They are supple with velcro straps to fi t them fi rmly to the cria. They are an ideal way to help fi x an umbilical hernia without the need for surgery.
Thermometers
The perfect digital thermometer for checking cria and adult alpacas temperature.
Sling and Scales
Knowing actual birth weights is vital for proper management of cria. The sling is designed to hold the cria securely whilst you weigh it on the scales.
Tags We can supply a wide range of ear tags to suit all needs, from cria tags to adult BAS tags in a range of colours. Ear tag applicators and permanent tag pens also available.
Colostrum Teats
Cria over the years have been saved by feeding them this colostrum. It is perfectly balanced for new born cria. It has added vitamins, trace elements and minerals, as well as Vetoxan.
These teats are the perfect size and shape for cria from new born to weaning age. They are easy to clean, have a fl utter valve so that a vacuum does not build up. Just trim the teat end to the size required for the cria being fed.
