will get more than you think! Forty- five dollars seems like a big chunk of


change for a meal. My small frame consumes about eight dollars worth of it but I wanted to do something differ- ent to spice up my routine and for this amount, I had great food, enjoyed the synergy, met new people, enjoyed being with friends, came away re- energized and helped a good cause. And I walked away knowing what I will write about in this issue!!! Now that’s therapeutic…just what the doctor ordered! The Portuguese community raises
