From a component standpoint what are your most popular and regularly ordered components? What are Eurocoin’s primary products supplied to the industry and could you explain to the readership the equipment and the stand out qualities and performance provided by them? At casino and VLT level, the adoption of Ticket In, Ticket Out as the standard operating format has driven our sales of Epic 950 printers, JCM bill acceptors and slot tickets to record highs over the past few years. Clients value greatly the after-sales support and service that we are able to offer from our European offices, now open in Spain, Italy, Romania, Poland, Germany Serbia. However, we are additionally one of the largest providers of TFT displays and 3M touch screen solutions in Europe, and are at the forefront of the new generation of banknote recycling devices, that are providing note payouts to players right at the machine. Casino operators continuously benefit in two main ways from our sales and support efforts; firstly we bring them early notice of impending technology advances that they can request on their new machine purchases, many of which will improve their bottom line performance. What is your favourite piece of business advice? “1 + 1 = 3” If we can effectively harness our resources and those of our supply partners, we can make sure our clients benefit greatly from this joined up approach to their business.
And finally what do you wish more people knew about Eurocoin? I would hope that our many clients across Europe and Africa would appreciate how hard we work behind the scenes to get things right first time, and would acknowledge that when things do occasionally misfire, we spare no efforts to correct the problem.
