which we have done with Ticket2Go for the AWP market where we detected a need for a different pay-out solution for pub machines. The approach in growth markets is entirely different. Growth markets have to be supported with proven technology with world-class service and support that grows businesses, increases turnover and makes gaming operations profitable and successful.

Expansion has been an important goal of the company. How is that progressing? In order to better understand expansion, you have to differentiate between mature markets and growth and embryonic markets. The mature markets in gaming are certainly North America and Western Europe whereas there are a lot of growth and embryonic markets in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Each market requires a different approach. To grow and expand our business in mature markets, we offer added-value products to our core customer base such as PromoNet, TableXchange or the GEN3 Evolution printer. The other possibility to grow our business in a mature market is to open up a new market segments through new product development

You just mentioned Table Exchange. Could you explain to those not familiar its various features and benefits? TableXchange has been designed specifically to enable players to use cashout vouchers at table games. The TableXchange device connects table games to a casino’s existing TITO network by scanning and printing TITO vouchers. This technology creates a common currency across the casino, creates a bridge between slots and tables, and helps casinos identify valuable crossover players. The TableXchange device further streamlines casino operations by virtually eliminating the need to replenish chips at table games. To buy in, the player gives a TITO voucher to the dealer. The TableXchange device scans and displays the voucher value on the device’s LCD and touchscreens, allowing the player, dealer, and security operations to confirm the voucher amount. The player then receives chips and a TITO voucher for any cash balance. To cash out, the dealer simply collects and enters the value of the player’s chips on the numeric keypad. The TableXchange device then prints a cashout voucher for the player. The TableXchange device is fitted with a Magstripe reader to record and update Player’s Club Cards, enabling players to receive loyalty points for activity at table games.
