Explore the Carr’s Landing area of Lake Country. While driving keep your eyes open for deer, hawks, eagles and our always cute quail that may be crossing your path. Attractions include Kopje Regional Park, where it’s quiet by the water, a perfect spot to finish that summer read. The park is also the site of a heritage home called Gibson House, seasonally open to the public. Ask at the Visitor Centre to arrange a visit to in-home artist galleries along the way.


The Okanagan Centre area of Lake Country has a lovely beach walking trail. During the summer, lunch is served at the Museum patio cafe or enjoy a cappuccino at the OK Centre Store. The Lake Country Museum welcomes everyone to stop by and explore our history. The Okanagan Centre area is also home to our Wine Trail on Camp Road featuring Gray Monk Estate Winery, Arrowleaf Cellars and Ex Nihilo Vineyards. Also on the trail back to Hwy 97 you can stock up on fresh fruit and veggies at the farm gate of Gambell Farms on Okanagan Centre Road.
