The F

aircrack MARCH 2012

President’s Message January has come and is now gone and before you know an-

other year will be in the record books. Florida Fairs are gearing up or in full swing. I had the chance to visit the South Florida Fair and enjoyed seeing everyone there. Rick, thanks for letting me be the parade marshal while I was there. By the time this newsletter is out Gibtown, NICA Food Show and the State Fair will have

made a successful run and I hope you where able to attend. With all of the spring Fairs in opera- tion take time to visit a few, it is a wonderful way to pick up new ideas and it means a lot to the Fair staff to see you at their Fair. Convention time is right around the corner and I would like to thank all of our sponsors that

are already on board. It is people like you that make the Florida Federation of Fairs what it is. Dan West has a wonderful program for us this year and it will be one not to miss. I look forward to having Zone 2 back at the Convention this year and welcome all that they bring to make our Convention even better. Good luck to each of you with the remainder of the Fair season, I must go and tend to my gar-

den boxes, they take a lot of care this time of year. And be sure to come visit us at the Lake County Fair April 5-14 and see how good I did with this year’s garden.
