TRAIN LIKE A PRO... Lucy O’Malley has
not only trained World Champion martial artists as a British
team coach, but has also excelled in the
arts herself, winning 6 World Titles in the Filipino Martial Arts, 5 European and 20+
one of the fi rst women in the country to win a British Title in the Mixed Martial Arts arena back in 2001.
nfortunately following the birth of her
two children and repeated illness,
Lucy took some time out from her martial
arts, gained a lot of weight and knew eventually she had to do something about it. She decided to go back
British titles and was South Devon College and runs Multi-skills and Children’s health related fi tness sessions within Primary Schools in Torbay. Lucy is available for
to college and learn how to help others achieve their fi tness goals and dreams too. She now works as a Fitness Instructor at
personal and group sessions, so whether you would like a training session in the comfort of your own home, out in the fresh air,

in a fi tness suite or studio, to improve your cardiovascular fi tness, muscular strength and endurance, motor fi tness (agility, balance, speed power and co-ordination), core stability, or fl exibility, or even learn self defence, Lucy is more than qualifi ed to help. Lucy thoroughly
enjoys working with children within the schools running lunch and after school clubs. Her unique fi tness activities build their self confi dence whilst also teaching self
discipline and perseverance skills. Lucy has recently developed her own
group exercise class called ‘Rapid Combat Fitness’ which is due to be launched at the NEC in Birmingham this May. This is a fantastic combination of Exercise to
