Henry Braddon: Torquay GS. Like Alex Canevali and Will, Henry has been with Paignton half his Life, un-interrupted. Ever dependable Henry turns out for Paignton regardless of his health. Paignton owe a debt of gratitude for his loyalty and commitment essential to sending out a full team every week.
Richard Douglas: Kevics Totnes - Forward Long serving Richard (With Alex Canevali, Will Castleton and Henry Braddon) also brings dynamic and determined play to the pitch and along with Aaron Coombes and Max Loader making one of the best back rows in Devon.
Harry recently moved up enabling him to play in the Fisherman’s Cup, scoring a fi ne try in another convincing win against Stonehouse Sharks. Another very able player, and another to watch in the future.
Danny McKenna: Torquay GS. Another all round Sportsman, Danny actually plays Hockey for Devon, but his skills and pace on the Rugby pitch are readily apparent, making several very fi ne appearances for Paignton scoring at the same time.
Max Loader: Kevics – Totnes – Forward Max is the “Mr Consistent” of Paignton. He had a terrifi c season last year and is performing just the same this season. At full tilt he is another diffi cult man to stop, and he is also a tenacious defender.
When this age group combines with the age group above next season, who are already doing well who knows what can be achieved. The future is bright the future is Red!
Look out for the Paignton R.F.C. Under 16’s Backs in the next issue!
