“These workshops will explore our Ascension process—utilizing healing crystals to clear remnants of the Atlantean karma we have come back here to heal through the process of Christ Consciousness, or complete unity of thought and feeling,” says Mika, a New York na- tive who resides near crystal mines in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and has addressed the topic of global heal- ing at the United Nations, in New York City. The workshops offer Mika’s ex- pertise and advice on creating one’s own sacred spaces; selecting the best crystal; revisiting one’s place in the past via deep, guided medi- tation to create a state of healing; releasing present negative feelings; and creating and maintaining new thought patterns and feelings as one moves forward.
