Choosing BLISS PAMELA MURRAY

What is Bliss? “Bliss is a finely tuned energy that allows

humans to have a higher expression of themselves as humans and allows them to be open to and have exposure to higher en- ergies.

Bliss is not felt by many humans very of- ten in this current time on earth, although bliss has the potential to expand rapidly and widely as more and more humans allow themselves the potential to feel it.

Bliss is joy, bliss is love, bliss is light. As a human feels any one of these energies they are increasing their own potential to feel more, to feel more often (i.e. more moments in one day) and to embrace the highest feel- ings that a human can feel on this planet.

Bliss moves – it moves inwards and upwards, and is simple and expansive. Te heaviness and lightness felt by each individual human on this planet at this time is what allows the human to feel or not to feel bliss. Te lighter the human feels, the more potential there is for bliss.

Bliss is an exquisite feeling; it feels exqui- site to a human being as mostly at this time on this planet bliss is only captured in small increments by humans who allow lightness and consciousness into their daily lives. Tis has the potential to increase, although it will be some time before a larger number of hu- mans are open and available to feel this.

People are attracted to bliss as it is some- thing, even though they don’t really under- stand what, that uplifts them and brings them joy, and can bring them some peace.”

How can we feel bliss in

our bodies? “Te feeling of bliss in your body is different for each of you. Te feeling of bliss excludes pain of any sort and this is the question that you are asking: ‘How can we remove pain from our bodies?’

Pain is experienced when an individual hu- man being is not allowing themselves to experience their love for themselves. In this world of yours it has not been the accepted concept that each of you as individuals, can actually love yourselves.

Tis is changing and as it does, and one by one you choose more love for yourselves, this can allow less pain and discomfort and more bliss.

How do you love yourself, you ask? We would suggest that if you were to really choose to experience more love for yourself, that you find a quiet place preferably in the garden or in nature, and take out your pen and notebook and write.

Write down all the ways you love yourself - we say this with humour! - most of you would find this quite challenging as you did
